“Azertunelsutikinti” Company was established in 1997 in the process of privatization on the bases of “AZERTUNELIXTISASSUTIKINTI” Specialized Constructing and Mounting Rent Enterprise (which was established in 1970). The main work of the enterprise is to carry out capital and special construction, hydro-technical and explosive works, construction of industrial structures, civil buildings, highways, bridges, manufacturing of concrete, ferroconcrete, metal structures and timbering and particularly to give on rent company owned plant and equipment and to provide maintenance servicing.
Since 1996 year AzerTunelSuTikinti Company are participating in different contracts of BP. First Deep Water Jacket “Dada Qorqud” was dispatched from the quay reconstructed by our company by order of AIOC in Azeri-Chirag. We are working with BP subcontractors during long years such as Mc Dermott Caspian Contractors Inc, BOS SHELF/Star Gulf, Technip Maritime Overseas Ltd, CSM and Caspian Shipping yard so on. Up today we have carried out several projects with these companies.
For executing these works Company possesses 2 concrete plants, base area for vehicles and construction site engines, steel shop floor, woodworking shop floor, subsidiary farming, manufacturing shop of aluminum and plastic products etc. There are all possibilities, qualified personnel of engineers and technicians whose works are very important for executing special construction works qualitatively.

- GARAGE
Main sphere of Azertunelsutikinti Company is servicing activities. Our company gives on rent plant/equipment and at the same time provides comprehensive maintenance servicing for plant/equipment. Year by year Azertunelsutikinti Company pays more attention to the increase of plant/equipment’s number and their maintenance service. "Azertunelsutikinti" Company’s plant/equipment is kept in company owned garage. This Garage is situated in Meliorator str 1, Bull-Bule settlement, Surakhani district, Baku, Azerbaijan.
- "Azertunelsutikinti" Company has more than 100 nos of plant and equipment and these plants are purchased from the companies like LIEBHERR, Mercedes – Benz, Goldhofer, Manitou, PUTZMEISTER and so on.
- In order to work in safe and to prevent the breakdowns, our company established maintenance service in garage. This maintenance group provides with the spare parts and changes and maintains the broken parts and at the end makes reports and records.
- This maintenance group carries out also preventive maintenance in accordance with manufacture’s recommendations and ATST Company’s procedures in order to ensure safe and functional performance.
- Beside the maintenance service in garage, Mobile Maintenance Group also is involving to work if some breakdowns happen on the way. Mobile Maintenance Group repair or changes the parts on place.

- CONCRETE ASSEMBLY
Concrete plant is situated at the Khatai region near the shore. Plant is situated near the railway, it’s advantage is getting crushed stone and sand in time by train. There are making concrete and plaster solution with cement and carries to the construction sites. This process executes by three Mixers which are made in Germany (LIEBHERR). Our plant is situated in the city so our Mixers reaches in time to the construction sites. We use following materials for producing concrete solutions:
- Sulfat resistant Portland cement M-400 – Garadagh Cement Plant;
- Sand – from Mingechevir and Bahramtepe quarries;
- Crushed stone – from Guba, Khachmaz, Sheki quarries;
Azertunelsutikinti Company possesses 7 nos of concrete mixers and 2 nos of pumps. The concrete is delivering to required job sites by these concrete mixers and poured by Mobile or stationary concrete pumps.
- LABORATORY
Following technology at the company production plant is applied manufacturing of the concrete and ferroconcrete products: during the mixing of concrete at the concrete assembly the materials are batched (dosed by weight) by the weigh hopper. Proportions of concrete mix (norms of materials) for each concrete brand are followed and regulated precisely. For controlling the quality and brand of the concrete the “cube” specimens (100 x 100 x 100) are taking from every batches, holding them in normal conditions and testing at normative terms – after 7 and 28 days in compliance with standards.
Made concrete is placed against forms uninterruptedly and vibrated by internal vibrators. After placing of concrete the full metallic sheathing is placed in the steam-curing chamber and cured by on isothermic conditions.
- PLASTIC AND ALUMINIUM PRODUCTS
Plastic and Aluminium products shop produces doors, windows, door and window bars and other plastic materials. We can produce the all type of plastic materials with all colour and design per order of clients. Our company gives guaranty to all materials which are made in our Plastic and Aluminium products shop. Shop is equipped with devices and equipments which are made in Europe and Far East.
- JOINERY SHOP
Company’s Joinery shop produces doors, windows, door and window bars and other wooden productions. We can produce the all type of wooden materials with all colour and design per order of clients. Our company gives guaranty to all materials which are made in our Joinery shop. Shops is supplied by devices and equipments which are made in Europe and Far East
- SUBSIDIARY FARM
Our company organised Subsidiary farm to provide local requirements for workers of our company. So there built 2 cow-houses (area 920 m2) and sheep-house (area 90m2). Also there is store house for farm which its capacity is 1500 m3. There are 40 cows and 10 sheep in our farm now. But we planned to enlarge farm in recent years.
- ZAGATALA PRODUCTION SITE
Zagatala Production Site is situated in Zagatala region, in the North of our Republic. Since 1992 Zagatala Production Site operates as a Production Site. There are dump-trucks, boring machines, compressors: Zagatala Production Site can execute the following works.
- Drilling subartezian wells (300 m), cleaning.
- Boring bridge columns and fastening with metal pieps.
- Construction of earth wall.
Zagatala Production Site has enough practice at the all regions in our country.
One of them is earth wall (length 1.1 km, width 60 cm, depth 8÷25m) in Sheki, on Eyrichay river.
- NABRAN "BULAQ" RECREATIONAL ZONE
“Bulaq” Recreational Zone established in 1992. There are resting rooms with capacity 100 person, dining room and Penthouse (60 m2). Becoming it’s weather’s beautiful during all months makes Nabran more attractive for all months. “Bulaq” Recreational Zone is suitable to rest with family.
