The special labaratory was established at production base of company in order to provide the production of concrete and concrete products in high quality. The labaratory are equiped with plant and devices purchased from abroad in accordance with the modern standard requirements. So, the labaratory possess all conditions to carry out the moulding of concrete products, preparation of concrete samples for testing, thier storing and testing.

| “BETA” 5-1200 D 11 marked concrete testing press |
| In order to carry out the concrete cube sample tests, “BETA” 5-1200 D 11 marked concrete testing press (German made) are using. For testing of the concrete, concrete cubes on the requirement of Customer, in the dimension of 100x100x100, 150x150x150 are preparing and are storing under normal atmosphere (20±3ºC) condition. The tests are carried out on 7, 14, 28 days. |

| “Proceq” typed mechanical hammer |
| In order to define concrete strength in a short period on over sized buildings, Swiss made “Proceq” typed mechanical testing hammers are usind. For this purpose, the concrete surface are leveling and the average strength of concrete are establishing after 5-10 blows. |

| PDA and CAPWAP |
One of the main lines of production of “Azertunelsutikinti” Company is reinforced –concrete piles. The strength of piles are defined in accordance with the above mentioned method. For defining of integrity, lifting capacity of piles during the driving, American made of PDA Analyser are applying. In order to apply this Analyser, 3 nos of Ø8 mm holes are opening from two opposite site. The sensors are fastening on these holes. Then, the pile number, locating place, technical data of pile driving rig and so on are recording on this PDA Analyser. During the blows on pile by hammers, these changes are appearing in the monitor.
Beside all above mentionings, PDA and CAPWAP programs are using during the dynamic testing.
The ground resistance, dynamic stress during piling works and pile integrity are observed via PDA Analyser.
The additional analyses of each dynamic testing are carried out by CAPWAP computer program. Via this program, the special ground resistance around the pile, the lifting capacity of pile are identified exactly.

STATIC AND DYNAMIC TESTS
In order to carry out dynamic and static loading, lateral loading tests, ГД-300 marked hydraulic jack and beam system are applying. It is proposed on testing program, the maximum static loading – 3600 kN and lateral loading 500 kN. |
